This special event offers Karisma members to experience the art of Muay Thai through an hour class at the Ruckus Athletics studio.

Ruckus Athletics was born out of a pure love for Muay Thai and the desire to create a safe space and build community through the art form. We believe in training hard, pushing personal boundaries, embracing technique and fostering a sense of belonging. You will experience much more than a workout, but rather a family that supports one another to become more resilient and kick some ass.

The class will consist of the following:

-Warm-Up Session to prepare your body and mind
-Guided instruction on the basics of Muay Thai techniques
-Engaging drills designed to push you beyond your limits
